I translated a script for social bookmarking like Digg, into arabic language
You can let your visitors bookmark your threads at this Arabic site, :

1- Admin CP > Forum Options > Social Bookmarking Manager > Add new social bookmarking site
2- Title : O7for or احفر
Icon : star.jpg (attached) upload to images/misc folder of your style
