How to edit the usertitle legeth

because i create a usergroup the usertitle wont display that long only short

Some lengths are set in the php file, dont know exactly which file it uses.

no its have a setting in admin cp.............

but i dunno where is it...

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> User Profile Options -> User Title Maximum Characters
