Cybernetic Paypal, because he makes amazing modifications, and I just find it much better than the other one.

AWC has many more features and payment methods(e-gold, google, authorize.net, moneybookers, plus upcoming: western union, cash by post and a few more). Practically anything that is suggested is implemented.

However, when only considering the free versions, then I would say both are equal.
