Not sure what you mean by "deleting Validating users"

Do you mean members that have signed up but not valided their email address ????

I too would like to know about this ;)

When a person registers and the Board setting is Verify Email address in Registration

The members total is increased and the registered name appears in Welcome to our newest member

Forum Statistics: (Made up!!)
Threads: 4,554, Posts: 42,555, Members: 834 <- increased
Welcome to our newest member, also@ <- name displayed
Would it be possible to stop both instances of this until the email activation is completed?
