Multiple Thread Prefixes?

I swear I've seen this before but I can't for the life of me remember how or where. I'd like to have two prefix drop down boxes so I don't have to have a huge list of prefixes. Our community has a very active classified section and I'd like to have one prefix list for "WTB", "WTS", and "WTT", then another prefix list for the state, such as "OR" or "WA".

How can I do this?

I haven't seen any mod for multiple prefixes. Of course, I haven't been looking for one either.
