HTML in Posts Per Usergroup?

Is there a way to allow usergroups 5, 6 & 7 to use HTML within a thread while other usergroups cannot? All I see in the options is that HTML within a thread is per forum, not per usergroup, and any usergroup permissions related to HTML are limited to blogs and signatures, but not posts.

Any pointers appreciated.
