Users disappeared!!

For some odd reason users disappeared!... from Currently Active Users and become as off line users but they are still online, this is crosscheck by the users and also they can participate in chat box... and post to treads...

How can I correct this problem?

It almost sounds like mysql is getting restarted and thus the session table is dropped. Check your logs to see how long mysql has been up and running - or ask your host to check for you.

Did you check the mysql logs? How long has mysql been up and running as of now?

Yes I check the mysql logs ... and is running as now for the last three months.

93 days 22 hours 24min 50sec uptime to sqlserver...

If it isn't mysql being restarted, then I am really not sure what is going on. I guess when the users suddenly disappear, I would check the session table and see if it is still fully populated.

Are ALL the users suddenly disappearing from the Currently Active Users list or just some of them? It's been about two months since you first posted this, so do you have more information to add since you've had that long to analyze the problem?
