The last & current activity on the profiles?

Sorry if this is a dumb question.

admincp --> vbulletin options --> general settings --> Add Template Name in HTML Comments

Set this to yes, navigate to that page, then right click the page and view the "page source", this will tell you what templates are being used on that page.

You'll need to find the code for that info and comment it out or remove it and resave the template.
