Inferno vB shout

Okay I am having a problem that I need fixed. I uploaded everything to its right place, I uploaded the xml through the products area. But the shoutbox won't show up in the vB defualt style or the knockout style by minerskinz. Can someone help me out here?

I am using the 3.6 Inferno vBshout lite mod and I am using 3.7.3 but I have used this vB version before and the shoutbox worked just fine.
