I want like this separate section for every thing.this is separating movies, music,and video .if click video it's going to videos . how to make like this ?

Well, i doubt anyone is going to give you all the needed coding to make whats in the left image of your first post.

From the looks of the picture, i would take the navbar coding and move it to the header template then add the needed coding for the lower images that you want added as extra.

The two templates involved are the "header" & "navbar", these can be edited via the style manager in the admincp.

I would suggest that you post in the "Paid Serices" forum here & offer a job to ahve this coded for you.
