I am trying to find where to make a formal complant against this vbulletin forum.
<Removed>
This forum actively insights racism, pornography as well as indecent images of children.

Also they take members passwords and then uses them to access other accounts members may have with photobucket, image shake as well as other forums.
When they have accessed your personal accounts they then post pictures of your children under paedophile captions.
we have tried complaining to the admin of this forum who take the attitude that they can post what ever they like
yours hopefully

the content is not something related to the software... how old are you to think that the software may related to such content?

How are they pirates because they may post content you don't agree with?

1. Its the users fault for using the same password every where they go. Without extensive modifications or a lot of free time the vBulletin stored passwords aren't easily hacked so I really don't think they are doing that, but then again some people don't really have a life and they might be

2. Don't post pictures of your kids on the internet for people to get to begin with if your concerned with their privacy?

3. Yes they pretty much can. Theres a thing called the first admendment if the forum is hosted in the US or the owner is a US citizen. However if any damages or harm is a result of their posting, they can also be held responsible for it as well.

I'm pretty sure vBulletin doesn't have responsibility for who uses their software, although their Terms of Service/license may technically have something against it. My recommendation would instead be to contact their hosting provider, or the relevant authorities to get said site/forum closed.

Sorry, but this is not the place to discuss or question vBulletin license agreement. If you feel a community is running vBulletin illegally, you can report them at:

http://vbulletin.com/piracy.php.

Thread closed.

LtPaperclip,

You may also want to submit the site to the FBI for investigation if there is Child Pornography. You can file a complaint here:
