changing Error message

hello i would like to know how can someone change the

Viewing 'No Permission' Message
Viewing Error Message

to an Image ive seen some forums do it

E.G. if someone that has not logged in

they get this

what i want to do is to put in an image

It's just a phrase that you can change. Go to languages & phrases > search in phrases, enter some of the text - "you are not logged in or you do not" - to find the phrase, then just change it to put in the image.
