Well, when I bought my partner out, he had already had a contract with HiyaCorp. Well their server went down a week ago (partition HDD failure). Four days later their server is up, but my site is still down.

I have sent in several trouble tickets.

I have called no less than 20 times and get a automated answering machine telling me they are busy with other customers...year right, even at 0800 hours in the morning I get the same message.

Their online chat/customer service help is outsourced. These guys speak broken English. I get different answers every single time. They are blaming me it seems for my site being down.

One week later and my site is still down. Today, I started up a account with HostGator.com (from the recommendations here on this site). They will transfer everything for me. They were very friendly and their dedicated server is the same price I was paying for HiyaCorp's shared server.

And the BEST THING: THEY SPEAK ENGLISH!!!! They said they should have me up and running within 24-72 hours.

So, fair warning...nobody go with HiyaCorp (Ambient Solutions).

Make sure you always do your research first. Hopefully HostGator works better for you.

Actually I didn't have any big issues with them until now. And again, this was the host before I bought into my site 100%. They went down one time before but it was like for a couple of hours.

Today I got some emails from their Level 3 Support and one of the guys is trying to blame me saying I didn't provide a root access password. Well, I just found out about that today! The past 4 days you said it was a server issue, not its my fault. Thats BS. Oh well...I am switching over anyways.

I too had a very bad Experience with this HiyaCorp.

They make false promises, and cheat you and take all your money.

They are one of the Worst people I have ever seen in my entire life.

hostgater sucks, I would never use them even if it was a free account
the only thing hostgater is good for, is affiliate sales from cj.com
