Help- accidently installed cmps in forums folder

I didn't realize it, but I accidently added my cmps to the same folder as my vb forum. I then renamed the cmps to index.php. Of course, this means my forum index page is gone. How can I recover this? Thanks,

You can still keep them in the same folder, but follow the steps here (http://www.vbadvanced.com/membersarea.php?do=viewusermanual&productid=4&pageid=7) for the steps to take to avoid overwriting the forum index file. ;)
