How can I add Blogs to my forum?

I just can't figure it out. There is info on the Blog add-on at the vBulletin.com site, but I cannot find where/how to get it and add it on to my existing 3.7 vBulletin forum. Any help? Thanks.

The vBulletin Blog is a paid addition to vBulletin. You can purchase, and after purchase download, it from the Members' Area.

That's what I figured, but I couldn't even find a way to buy it. When I click on the blog info page, I get a page with purchase information, but it is to purchase vBulletin full software, not the blog. Oh well.
