Error In UserCP

When i go to my usercp
I get this :
Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Is yor theme updated to match your current forum software version?

disable all hacks/addons and see if that works..

You are most likely missing something in your template/style. It may be the footer template (edit > view history > compare > add in all missing info), but could be another template. You'll have to look through them to see.
