Firstly,,, CSS error's & warnings aren't as critical as Html error's & warnings,,, but its always a good idea to keep all lower than the norm...

Error's below 15 is Ok...
Warnings below 10 is OK
None is BEST!

Tborder issue can be fixed by changing color output or both can't be the same color...
