Why I cant upload smilies or post icons???

When I try to upload smilies I get this vbulletin wont let me

I try to upload and I get this:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2008/10/7.png

With both smilies and post icons.

Fix the path to the smilie folder, the default one is probably incorrect.

Sorry, but i do not know you path configuration on your server.

ie.. /home/username/public_html/forums/images/smilies
