The modification used here on vB.org is a slightly modified version of Xenon's.

I'd love this also - I thought there was a way to set this up in ACP though? Without a Mod..

Not likely, and even if we wanted to release it, Xenon would have to give an OK.

No, it does not exist by default.

Prevent doubleposts is the modification for auto-merging and you can set a time limit in admincp.

did you search "double*" "all mods" "titles only"? or "prevent" "all mods" "titles only"?

I did say we used a modified version of Xenon's, didn't I. ;)
