Member profile page and Quick reply's border problem

How do i edit the parts that i have circled in red?

1) Profile page.
I want to change the image below the user tab. The image it's under "tcat" class. I tried to search in the template but unable to find anything.

2) Quick reply's border.

I managed to remove the border of the post reply but unable to do that for quicky reply.
I searched from showthread_quickreply but it's working. I tried removing the whole showthread_quickreply template, everything is gone except the border.
So it must be from other template.

Someone please help me. Thanks in advance.
