tournament invite error

When a member receives an invite to participate in a tournament they get the invite but when they 'view the PM' there is the following error showing at the top of the page. Please how can this be fixed????

well someone else must have been through this and can help please? I searched the net and found another site with this same tournament issue in the PM but it was just to let the admin know..

I create a tournament and name the 4 players (by ID number) to play in the tournament, THEY then get a PM that a tournament is going to take place and they are the players!!!!!

Their PM has this error at the top of the page.

Paid to have it fixed, it was a bug in the mod_cp of arcade
