Quick Edit, Save problems

Ok so when I edit a post it does not refresh to the post after you edit. Well I used this in the config
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

And it worked, now how do I find out whats causing this problem?

What mod did you recently install? I would start trouble shooting by disabling each mod until you find the one that is causing the problem. Can't get more specific than that because you have given any details about what your configuration looks like... good luck,
