I have a problem and need help

Every time i add a product through my manage products it messes up my moderation drop down menu for posts and threads. It takes away all options except for deleting threads and posts. I dont understand why. I mean i use 3.7.3 and even if i use a add on for 3.7 it still does the same thing. I am on other forums where they use the same products i try to install and they all use the same version so i dont know why mine does this. Can someone help me?

I added a screen shot of the drop down menu. The drop down menu is the same for mods , admin and smods. If someone could help me i would appreciate this because its so annoying.

Create a new style with no parent - Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style > no parent - then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style and install a modification. Do you still see the same problem?

well this time i installed the same add on and just now and all my options are back.. its like it does it sometimes then sometimes it dont. Its very odd, but thanks for responding.
