I got this little upgrading problem...

When Im doing the upgrade, it stops at step 2

Importing vbulletin-adminhelp.xml

the error is this:

XML Error: unknown at Line 0

does anyone know, what's the problem?!

This is really a question better asked at vb.com since they deal with upgrade issues all the time. You should really provide more information when posting though - like what version your were running and which you are trying to upgrade to. Before you try posting over there, you might try simply reuploading all your files again - make sure they all get overwritten/replaced.
