Wow- a (?) bot is attacking (spamming) a lot of the VB forums-
berkutar
This afternoon a Google search brought up 50,300 VB forums affected,
Now only 46,800, so at least the moderators of the forums are finding the posts and eliminating them. I didn't know there were so many VB forums.

Wow, that's awful.
I've yet been to be hit by one spam bot. Am I just lucky?

Totally Agree with Dismounted, Spam bots are a nightmare at the moment so a little work adding anti spam mods and basic VB prevention as discribed in the above will go a long way.
if not your site could look like this http://sciencefairproject.virtualave.net/forums/index.php
:eek::eek::eek:
I think someone had better email the admins there :rolleyes:
Take care all
