How to remove "Subforums" from the forum home?

I am wanting my subforums to appear, they do, but I would like to take the word "Sub-Forums" out

I use CYB - Sub forum Manager and this seems to remove it https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=122996

You can see in my own forum index click on the sig.

find the templates "forumhome_forumbit_level1_post" and "forumhome_forumbit_level2_post" and delete this:<strong>$vbphrase[subforums]</strong>:

vboptions > forum listings display options > depth of sub-forums
If you have forums below the depth specified in the 'Depth of Forums' settings above, you can display them as sub-forum links in each forum's display area.

Set this value to 0 if you want to display no sub-forums.
