well for starters, I would remove the "powered by vb" in your title tag
and you might want to change out the default icons to match your style
I'm sure there are some red icons on the Org that you could replace the ones you have now with that might make it look a bet more uniform

How do i remove the powered by bit? and where is the icon section and ... i'm a newbie sorry ... how do i change them?
