Member of the week?

Is there a mod that I could adapt for a Member of the week/month type of nomination?

Specifically, member nominated and voted on (the way vB does MOTM would probably work fine for me, but I couldn't find a mod to install on my site to do it. We don't do mods as we a are a mommy support group, but would like to have an easy, non-pm, way to nominate and vote on members of the week.

I'm looking for something that all the members click a button on a profile that will send the mod team (or even just the admin) a "this member nominated for member of the week" PM... and whomever receives the most nominations in a week becomes the member of the week.

They are announced in a thread and other members as the "crowned" member questions as a getting to know you type of thing.

On another group that I belong to that runs a free php board they can do this pretty easily.
