Well you've definitely got a niche audience.

1. Header is too big. 1/2 the hieght would be better and design it so it's scaleable to the width of your site. (coding in the header template)
2. Halloween skin change between homepage and forum was shocking. If your going to change one of them do it too the other. I'd suggest leaving your default skin and merely doing a custom "seasonal" header. Just a suggestion.
