Sorry, I've never used that shoutbox so I couldn't say how to do it. Try contacting the coder who made it or posting the modification thread.

No, but in the admincp for MGC Chatbox, you just select "Show chatbox in threads" then choose to display it above or below posts.
:D

I'm not sure you can do it then. Ask the creator of the shoutbox if there is a way. Otherwise, I would recommend that you install MGC Chatbox as it caters for your needs more that your current shoutbox.

Shoutboxes chew a lot of bandwidth and CPU time - keep an eye on that load and BW usage.

Hi. I found an Ad-On for the "display on all pages" but it didn't work, so I switched the coding up back to how it was I think...? But it's not working.... The hook maybe wrong or something?
Can someone please help me?

And I have unlimited bandwidth :D

Unlimited is not really unlimited ;). Most likely, your host will have an AUP (Acceptable Use Policy), which will basically say "we reserve the right to cut off your site if we feel you are abusing the bandwidth given to you". It just means they will cut you off for using too much.
In addition to bandwidth, CPU time ("load") also comes into play.

Fair play.
But can you help me fix my shoutout box please?

Shoutboxs are shoutboxes. They will only work in small environments. Small environments = not many visitors. Not many visitors = small bandwidth use.
So I don't really see a shoutbox as being much of a problem.

But "small BW use" can spike into "a lot of BW use", if you are loading a shoutbox on every page.
