re-uploading VB nonimage files

I need to re-upload all my non-image VB files. So, if I delete the "images" folder from the "upload" file on my computer and FTP the entire upload file (renamed to forum) to the server and overwrite the existing ones. Will the "images" file that was already on the server still be there?

Yes. Just make sure you select overwrite so you get the newer version of the non-image files.
