Log-in Information removed from site...need to replace

I may have posted this in the wrong place on the site so I'm trying here. Please forgive the double post.

I need to replace the log-in information on my:erm: forum home page right above the nav bar.
I've been searching for the answer to this for three days and I can't find it. If someone could help me, I'd really appreciate it. Sorry, I'm still new to this and there's over 600 pages to understand.

If you go to edit your navbar template, you can hit Show Default and it will show you the original navbar code that includes the login information. Or, hit View History and you may compare your version of the template to the default Jelsoft one and see the login information you are missing there also.
