Are you talking about SHOUTING? vboptions > message posting and editing > prevent shouting

I am having the same issue - was a solution ever found to this issue?
I have tried shouting settings from 0-10, none changed anything.
Issue occurs on all styles.

am having same issue, when post is submitted in caps, it change to small letters. Prevent shouting is set to 0.
I guess a mod could be causing this error.
Can anyone help to reolve this issue for us?
Try temporarily disabling all mods by editing your includes/config.php file and inserting this at the top, just under the <?php:
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
and see if you still have the problem.

Disable every mod makes Caps lock to work well. I will prefer to removed the specific mod that could be causing my Caps locks not to work.
I have lot of Mod, i don't no the one that is causing Capital letters not to work
Please is there anyhow we could track the mod that is preventing caps lock on our forum?

I can't think of any way except to disable them one at a time. If you know what each mod does then you might be able to guess and save time, for instance it's most likely a mod that does something to posts.
