Have you tried disabling mods? Did this just start happening suddenly, or after an update or a mod install?

Can you give us a link so we can try it?

Along with what Videx suggested (disabling the mods), create a new style with no parent - Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style > no parent - then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

A testing account will be necessary since everything there is set to private. But anyway, nobody else is going to try to troubleshoot this for you until you try and acknowledge the things that have already been suggested.

I mean, right now it looks like you have more mods than members! And a highly customized layout too.

IMHO you have way too many styles. Remember, every time vb is updated you have to manually go in and edit all those templates. A real hassle.

I have seen similar issues where reverting headinclude template solves the problem.

edit: I can get an empty editor if I go to user cp > edit options > Message Editor Interface > Basic Editor have your users change that to something other than Basic.

this is bcz i went to vboptions > user registration options > defautl reg options > message editor interface i see this Show Enhanced (WYSIWYG) Editor ToolBar

so this problem is not happening to new members but it still is happening to the old members

Then why not tell your users to change it in the User CP? It's not that hard to do.

The only other option is to change it for ALL your users which means if they have deliberately set it to something else, you will be modifying that. Maintenance > exectue sql query > auto query > set to wysiwig > continue
