I am not familiar with a mod like that. Have you tried using the search bar in the upper right corner? Try different search terms along with "all mods" "titles only"

u need install vBCredits plugin
then u can setup give poin just for make new thread
example :

Make New Thread give Credits 10
u can convert 10 credits with currency what u want

like : 10 Credits = 1 US$
