Along with noppid's questions, what do you have set in vboptions > Humun Verification Manager > Human Verification Options > Human Verification Library? And, do you see two images under vboptions > Humun Verification Manager > Image Verification Options > Image Verification Library?

Create a new style with no parent - Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style > no parent - then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

Problem solved but now i have another problem .........Registered members cannot post on the forum this is the notice they are getting when they try to post "Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing."
If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

It sounds like you have made some modifications to your style that included needing a security token. When you switched over to the default style, you lost the changes to add the security token. You need to go through the templates and find where the security token is needed.
