new update broke all profiles

I tried to get tech support to help and got nowhere. Basically only the new members profiles work, anyone beifre the update install just has a basical profile that looks like they never filled anything out. Nothing they fill out shows up, but it will for new accounts

Any advice?

A bit more information would help. What version did you used to use and what version did you upgrade to? Have you tried turning off the plugins to see if that fixes the issue?
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
