Greetings,
I am a proud new owner of a vbulletin (please hold your applause) and was wondering if something was available, or could be created as a hack.
I have an existing login to customize the front page of my site. I know that it is possible to add fields by hand to the vbulletin scripts to ask additional informtion at signup. The purpose being that they don't have to signup twice.. but here is my question...
Is there a hack in existance, or that could be made, to automatically add a field to the signup page? It should be accessable in the admin section, and would also update the edit profile section (and any other necessary pages) as well. It would have to ask the name of the field, and what kind (text field, checkbox, etc) it was.
Is this a tall order?
Would others find this usefull?
Is this a figment of my imagination that will always be a dream?
What was wrong with Mambo No.4??
TIA,
