It doesn't accept my customer number!

I renew my vbulletin period, then I downloaded the newest version from vbulletin.com. Replaced the files. When I opened xxx.com/install//upgrade I put my Customer Number, but It doesnt accept. What should I do ???

try xxx.com/install/upgrade.php

If that doesnt work. Redownload your vBulletin package, and reupload all files
