Add Quick Links Type Pull Down to Navbar

Hello i was wondering what would be the beast way to add a pull down notice in the navbar. Say i was wanting to put 'latest offers' in there and when you clicked it a small box would come down and in it would just be html ive added. Just like the Quick Links button in the navbar.

Thanks very much Lynne. This looks as if it should do the job for me. Ive got the menu displaying ok now just need to work out what part of the bit after <!-- NAVBAR POPUP MENUS --> o need to remove so as i can just put html in. I dont really want a drop down menu. Im sure it is easy enough to fix so i'll keep trying but all help appreciated. Actually i could do with a pull down menu too so this is great. thanks
