set 1 user into moderation with all his posts

Can someone please kindly show me ASAP how to set one particular user into moderation with all his posts/threads so that we admin need to view it first ?

Unfortonately there's no way to do this on an individual basis. You will need to create a new user group (eg. call it Moderated Users) and make sure this value:

Follow Forum Moderation Rules
If no, posts are always placed into moderation queue

Is set to No. Then change this particular user's primary user group to the new group.
