My Forum = 30.000 members, 50 gb ataachments, max 400 user same time online

like a hosting to host ur vbulletin? i would suggest lunarpages.com, i have no idea if basic plan would cover that, but i have an extra hosting on lunarpages.com im not useing atm, i guess u can test it see how it runs on there=)

There are many hosts that can manage your forum. There are even a few that are very knowledgeable about vBulletin.

URLJet is who I use and they are always there to help if need be.

Just look around, do some shopping and I am sure you will be able to find a plan that suits your needs.
