A whole new phrase *type* or just add some new phrases? I don't see anywhere to add a new phrase type. I guess if I were you, I'd download those modifications and see how they did it by looking through the files.

I mean how to add a new Phrase *Type* which I can add new Phrase to this Type.
I mean Admincp -> Languages & Phrases -> Phrase Manager -> in the top you can see Phrase Type (default is GLOBAL)
I also downloaded those mods but I did not see how they did :(
I hope you can Help me, thanks Lynne

Can you tell me the names of the Phrase Types added in the Goldbrick mod so I can look in the files for it?

Looking in the xml file, I see this, have you tried just doing as he did?

<phrasetype name="New CP" fieldname="new_admin">
<phrase name="new_permissions" date="1198022996" username="whatever" version=""><![CDATA[New Usergroups / Forum Permissions]]></phrase>
</phrasetype>

I changed everything in red from his. But, just try that for adding a new one.

The name of Goldbrick Phrase is Goldbrick CP and fieldname is goldbrick_admin
But when I add some new Phrase, I have to choose a Phrase Type for that Phrase but there is no my custom Phrase Type :?

Maybe I am understand: The first I should add new Phrase to GLOBAL Type, then when I export my product, I should edit the products file and rename the Phrase Type :)
Rename that similar line: <phrasetype name="New CP" fieldname="new_admin">

Did you try the fixes on page 2 to get it to work on 3.6? Which should make it work on 3.8...
