HELP NEEDED IN EDITING the FORUM HOME PAGE

I,m in Serious Need for Help

first of all this is my site

IN the above pics ,

PIC 1 is above the forum , PIC 2 is the forum home page and right side it ha ads
PIC 3 is the threads ( if we click on any of the forum)

so i need my site in that style . can anybody please help me out . i know how to edit the navbar information , but i want to know how can i keep the forum main page as pic 1 and pic2 and in the threads and posts page i need the whole page to come

i an install both FLUID AND FIXED mods . can anybody please help me out
