Allowed users to change styles, but nothing changes in FF

When the users are using IE, the styles change fine when they select it. When they are using Firefox, they select a new style and - nothing. Still the forum default. Any ideas?

Ask them if they can send you over a copy of the javascript errors in which the browser is outputting.

More than likely, you have a javascript error somewhere.
