What does "Secure" mean?

In the arcade list... some of my games are listed as "Secure". I figured out that this means its v32. Does this mean its not prone to score hacking? If thats the case, how come the games that come with IBPA not v32? I was able to find v32 versions of some games... but not the following:

Hexxagon
Space Invaders
Moon Lander
Breakout

Yes v32 games are more secure than v2 games, because they encrypt the data in score submission.

So why are the games that come with IBP not v32?

Because v32 games are still pretty new... Back in the days every game was v2 and some of them haven't been converted to v32 yet.. :(
