can the admin threads be hacked?

Hi,

A concerned admin on one of my forums asked me if I can implement extra security to the admin only threads, cause she's seen on other forums that it has been hacked before, and sensitive admin only information got spread openly on the forum,

So, does anyone know if the admin threads can be hacked? And if so, what can I do to prevent that from happening?

The only way they can see them is if you screw up the permissions, your account is hacked, or your server is hacked. And if it is the latter two, you will have more problems than just people being able to see staff threads.
