Have you disable your plugins to see if a modification is causing it?

No, I never disable any of my plugin. But what this has to do with plugin? I just upload the icons into the server, then go to Smilies and add the smilies that all. Well, actually these smilies work correctly with vbulletin default template. But the template I used is not working correctly. Therefore, I think it something do with the template, but I don't know how to fix it :(.

Take a look at your style templates, especially the ones used for the smilies - all the ones under Smilie Popup Templates. See which ones are in red since those are modified and not vbulletin default. Go to edit the template, hit View History and Compare your version to Jelsoft's version. Copy/Paste any changes into your template or simply Revert it.

Thank you Lynne. How come I didn't think of reverting the template :D. I know it is something wrong with the template, but didn't think of reverting it. Now you woke me up, and I just fix the problem. Thank again Lynne
