one post per user per thread in certain forums?

i have a review forum and want to restrict users to one post per review thread ... is this possible?

or a delay of 24 hours?

now they're just chatting in the thread and there is no more overview ....

(i have just browsed the 31 pages of the mods and haven't found it ??)

i really need this, nobody knows a hack that does this? on the vbulletin.com they sent me to here ...

No, I am so sorry. It brings the above mentioned errors and I had to permanetly disable it.
