I run a tech support forum.
The users can ask questions about different software. They will set the PREFIX of the thread based on the software that they are asking the question about.
I have other designated users that answer questions based on the software.
I would like to have a PM or an email sent automatically to the support users when the PREFIX matches their expertise. This will alert them to only questions that need their attention.
Is this possible through any regular settings? or would this require a mod?
